- All and any articles submitted for publication and commissioned by the Editorial Board shall be subject to formal assessment, and approval for further proceedings.
- All textual content shall be handled in digital (electronic) format, via an
Editorial System
- All approved articles shall be redirected to two independent reviewers identified by the Editorial Board. The review process shall be based on a so-called double-blind assessment procedure: names of authors and reviewers remain anonymous.
- Reviewers shall fill out review forms no later than within a term of 14 (fourteen) days as of the moment of the (content) review posted to the System.
- Should two contradicting reviews be filed, the Editorial Board shall select a third reviewer.
- Should corrections to textual content be required, the author shall receive an anonymised opinion of the reviewer. The author shall be obliged to correct the text no later than within a term of 14 (fourteen) days.
- The ultimate decision regarding article publication shall be made by the Editor-in-Chief upon having consulted other Editorial Board members. If required, the Editorial Board may submit the text for additional review.
- The Editorial Board hereby reserves the right to apply minor corrections and/or abridgements to any textual content submitted.
- The full list of reviewers shall be published.
